If you are a merchant, you agree to post a privacy policy on your storefront that complies with the laws applicable to your meal prep business. You also agree to obtain consent from your customers for the use and access of their Personal Information by Meal Prep Tech and other third parties. In addition, if you are collecting any sensitive Personal Information from your customers (including information relating to medical or health conditions, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or sexuality), you agree to obtain affirmative, express consent from your customers for the use and access of sensitive Personal Information by Meal Prep Tech and other third parties.
We collect your name, company name, business address, email address, phone number, account login information, and information needed to provide and support the Services. For payment processing, clients may provide business, tax, banking, identity, and verification information to our third-party payment processor. We need this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, send invoices, and collect fees. We collect data about the Meal Prep Tech-hosted webpages that you visit. We also collect data about how and when you access your account, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address. We need this information to give you access to and improve our Services. For integrated payment processing, clients may be required to create or maintain an account with a third-party payment processor. The payment processor may collect business, tax, banking, identity, and verification information directly from the client in order to provide payment-processing, onboarding, verification, payout, fraud-prevention, and compliance services. Meal Prep Tech may receive or store limited payment-account references, onboarding status, transaction references, and related information needed to provide and support the Services.
We collect Personal Information when you sign up for our Services, when you access our Services or otherwise provide us with the information.
We collect our merchants’ customers’ name, email address, shipping and billing address, company name, phone number, IP address, device data, order information, and related account or checkout information. Payment card information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. Meal Prep Tech does not store full credit card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or sensitive card authentication data on its own servers. We may store limited non-sensitive payment references or metadata, such as transaction IDs, payment method IDs, card brand, last four digits, and expiration date, where needed for billing, receipts, reconciliation, support, reporting, and fraud prevention. We need this information to provide merchants with our Services, including supporting and processing orders, authentication, and processing payments. We also use this information to improve our Services and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information is collected when a merchant’s customer uses or accesses our Services, such as when a customer visits a merchant’s site, places an order or signs up for an account on a merchant’s site.
From Meal Prep Tech website visitors, we collect information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address. We may also receive Personal Information when you make purchases or other requests to Meal Prep Tech via any of our websites. You may access, update, correct, or request deletion of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law, account functionality, identity verification, and our legal, security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations. In addition, Meal Prep Tech takes reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Information. You can update many types of Personal Information, such as contact information, account information, or certain billing information, by contacting us. Payment-method updates may be handled through our third-party payment processor or through the tools made available in the Services.
